Nanee's Review of Allyn and Ransom (To Catch a Kidnapper Book 1) by Edward Kendrick

Young adults are missing. Something socialite and red wolf shifter Allyn Warwick and his sister are unaware of until Allyn's ex-lover, police detective Ransom Carlyle, interviews them because they were at one of the social gatherings when a young man disappeared. The question then becomes, will Allyn and Ransom--who is an alpha gray wolf shifter--be able to put aside past differences to solve the case, and can they do so without letting the world know they are both shifters? Or will trying to work together--if they survive their hunt to begin with--destroy their slowly reawakening feelings for each other?

Nanee's Review:

I know I have said this before and I am saying it again, This is one of my favorite books by Edward Kendrick. It is now tied with Surviving! This book had me hooked from page one. When Allyn and His sister were hob nobbing with the elite society I thought it was just a money snobby thing but Allyn is so much more, he is caring and compassionate and does what he does for a reason. I wanted to know more about him, His character intrigued me from the beginning. Ransom...WOW the guy is sexy and tough and I loved his take charge attitude. When he came to Allyn about a missing person that disappeared at one of his society parties neither could deny their past feelings. Loved them working together.

This book is mysterious, intriguing and sexy (loved the sweet kisses and light caresses). These two characters are my two favorites in Edward's books, they meshed perfectly together, they are both sexy and sweet and badass. Loved the surprises throughout the story and the great ending!!! 5 stars. Loved it.
