Greylan Pace has been a fighter his entire life. He’s worked hard to get to the top as a mixed martial arts fighter but just when his time in the spotlight has finally come, events out of his control unfold, putting him in a very dark place.

But he soon learns that what he’s strived for means nothing in comparison to Mollie Andrews, the green eyed red head on the arm of his old friend. She takes his breath away at first sight. He fights with everything he’s got to keep his focus on his goal, but he knows for the first time ever that he’s going to lose, and it might not be the worst thing.
He’s in for the fight of his life but it’s not in the ring. Mollie Andrews could be the best win he’s ever had, if he can let go of his dream.
I'm a little torn with this book, I enjoyed the characters and like MMA fighting but thought the heart and soul was missing a little bit. I felt for Greylan for his compassion and heart and what he went through and how he always wanted what was best for his sister but I thought it lacked real tough hit you in the gut emotion from him. The characters were good like Christina and Juno probably his only real friends and Greylan and Trinity I enjoyed. Trinity was tough for me too, I thought she'd always stand by her brother and she did to a point but love took her away from him, maybe she could have tried harder with him but now Grey knows all the dirty little secrets that were hidden so how's he move on from there and what happens with Trinity now? Major cliffhanger but would like to read the next one to find out of Grey looses his nice guy heart of gold and gets out of the mess or turns into something else. 3.5 stars
