Nanee's review

I really enjoyed this story. Janelle left home years ago to get away from her abusive father and mother who doesn't care. Her only regret is leaving her sister Samantha behind. Now shes heading home because her mother is dead and she has to be there for her sister at the funeral, afraid her father will show she wants to run back to the safety of her home and job. Damien's family was the protector of the scepter Okwaho. Okwaho is wolf in the Mohawk language.  The scepter is important to people it holds all the powers of the medicine man and unlocks the power of wealth. He knows Janeys dad has it and he believes she knows something of it. He will stop at nothing to get the scepter back even if its using Janey. When they meet sparks fly and tempers flare and someone is shooting at them. This story  is intriguing, action packed and loving all in one. I enjoyed the story alot and thought the characters were great. It's a unique story ....4 stars
